How much is shipping?
Within the Netherlands we ship with PostNL for € 4,15. To Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Austria and Spain shipping costs € 5,70; to all of these it is free from € 50,00. To other EU countries shipping costs € 9,95 and to the rest of the world € 14,95. We ship your order within 2 working days.
Is the jewellery nickel-free?
Yes. All hooks, hoops and studs are stainless steel in gold or silver tone. Nickel-free and suitable for sensitive ears.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, complete, undamaged and in its original packaging. Worn jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Can you gift-wrap my order?
Every order comes in a Matelier pouch. Tick the free handwritten card in your bag and add your message; Mathilde writes it by hand.
Do you make custom pieces?
